This is way way off topic, but I am sitting at work listening to a really nice mix, so thought I would share it with you. Can be found here:

http://subnav.com/2009/01/12/the-delay- ... eady-vber/

I have wasted a fair amount of my life standing behind 2 1210's and a scratchmixer, and never really made the progression to mixing with digital technologies. This to me is a great example of 21st century mixing though, nothing over the top, just a selection that blends well, and a real nice use of delays and triggers every so often 8)

I like subnav. Most of the mixes do not do much for me, but I have got the occasional really good mix off there.

I also used to frequent http://www.betalounge.com/ years ago but got fed up with RealPlayer (bloatware) so that put an end to listening to that site.

It was a sad day when I sold my 1210s and vinyl prior to joining the RAF.

I have been lucky enough to hold onto mine. I have toyed with selling them in the past (would have put the money towards my mortgage) but couldn't bring myself to do it :)

You could try "RealAlternative". Great lightweight version made by someone other than Real ;)

Thanks. I'm on it! Just downloaded it from www.afterdawn.com (nice site for vid help) so will be back in the lounge this afternoon :D
