heres my first post about my tank.

heres my boyfriends recent post about ny tank.

So it has been a minute since i have updated about my tank. i have a 30 gallon high tech tank. I am still having many problems. I have had diatoms in my tank for probably 2 months now. bad. i think they may be getting a bit better though. I finally started using a net to catch all the diatoms i fling off the plants and substrate and its been looking better. I have a jc&p light. i just turned it up to 3 out of 9 about 3 days ago, so far no worsening. I am dosing no kno3 because nitrate is in good range and when i dose it shoots up. i am dosing about 10ppm of K and 2.12g kh2po4. i am dosing for 0.2ppm fe using csm+b. and i have been dosing 0.18ppm fe using gluconate. i dosed 15ppm caso4 to see if my deficiency problems were solved by calcium. it seemed to help maybe but didn't do wonders. when i dosed caso4 my gh went from 5 to 10. i did water change following day and brought gh down to 6. i am going to try dosing magnesium next so i can make sure i dont have any deficiencies there. i am also going to dose for 0.2ppm fe using gluconate on top of csmb because i still feel like i am iron deficient. i have a 1.2+ ph drop at peak co2. i dont have a ph meter so i cant see exact number drop. kh is 4. nitrate is 15-20ppm.
my specific deficiency symptoms are having are curled leaves, bright pale new growth with visible veins. some stems look like they were in emersed form for awhile. also stems seemed to show some wrinkles, but not as extreme as the curling that the new stem growth showing. they are curling in extremely harshly from the sides. on one of my stems see below on R. yarbie.

this whole time I've been getting little to no growth out of my plants in this high tech and it seems to be because of a deficiency that must be going over my head. please read the link to the post, id like some solid input on what this could be.
