Ok to feed these?

Just found a pot that looks to have some free food in.

These as mosquito larvae right not damselfly / dragonfly ? Ok to feed these to my Betta?

 
Yes your betta will go nuts for these.
And if you find any brown tiny boat shapes floating on the water - they are egg sacs. I harvest them into one tub so I know they will have mozzie larvae in them for feeding,
 
Just something to keep in mind, I fed my two guppies these years ago, my first fish as it happens, and they got some bacterial infection and one died. Pretty sure it was due to the larvae or the water they were found in.

Getting them from the egg sacks is probably the most sterile way of collecting them.

If you collect your livefoods from bodies of water with no fish in them you are very unlikely to introduce any fish diseases along with them.
