Hi All,
Thought I'd take few quick piccies of my no tech tank before it gets rescaped. Its been running for just over 2mths. Tank is 60x35x35cm, using john innes no3 soil capped with playsand and 2x 3w LED bulbs. No heater or filter and a few cherry shrimp. This project was mainly to see If I could grow plants under the LEDs and they seem to have done quite well. The sagittaria subulata was a big surprise and flourished very well. I think I need to add a third bulb to give better light coverage as the beams are quite tight and there is not much light in the corners.
Any way enough waffling now for some pics (please excuse the dirty glass and rubbish light rig
