Hi All,
I am using Aquaforest Substrate AF, which states that it is full of micronutrients and that I should not dose it for three months. Its been about 1.5 months and I seem to be getting some stunted growth despite dosing macros according to the Full EI regime as per the UKAPS calculator. In the past week I started dosing CSM+B as well (half dose) as I though I might as well give it a go. Everything else has stayed the same. CO2 is supplied and no algae is visible other than very small amounts of dust algae just before a water change is due. Any ideas? Look at the repens and the macrandra as well the crypt with its yellowing leaf.

Best to give more information about the aquarium lighting ,drop checker colour, filtration, water change regime, etc Deficiency symptoms can often be similar. With more info l think on ourIFC gurus will gladly help🙂

No problem @PARAGUAY see requested details below:
1) Chihiros A601 (on the 4th brightness level out of 7). This is equal to about 3200 lumen.
2) DC is green bordering on yellow.
3) Filtration is a canister filter (Fluval 407) with Seachem matrix in every basket. This about 4.5 litres of the stuff.
4) Water change every single week. I change 30 litres exactly of the ±55 that is in there total.

One thing could be that the pH is still too high for the EDTA chelate to work properly as according to my research this chelate likes lower pH conditions.
