Hi,

I think my Ottos laid eggs all over the wood last night - can I somehow save them from rasboras/amano shrimp?

Hi
you can try to brush some off using a vial and soft small paint brush for drawing and put them in smaller tank or floating fry basket with airstone to create gentle movement .Have a look for any eggs on leaves too they will be easy to move as just snip the leaves off.
If successful the lil ones will need food. You can get some leaves in a bucket of water asap so biofilm and algae forms on them as they may not go for algae wafter straight away.
Edit:
Agree with the above too.
My ottos laid eggs mainly on plants.Your pic is not very clear
