After a chat with Clive he gave me a fe tips on how to get some better (cleaer) pics. I had a go using differen settings - no flash, flash with paper diffuser, flash - and here are some of the reuslts: (100pics later :wideyed: )
    no editing on these

    no flash
    flash143.jpg
    flash with paper diffuser
    flash145.jpg
    flash
    flash149.jpg

    (they continue in same order)

    flash139.jpg
    flash140.jpg
    flash141.jpg

forgot to take one with just flash on the tweezers:

    flash with diffuser
    flash097.jpg
    no flash
    flash099.jpg
    flash087.jpg

I like this last one because it is different, here is an edited version i have done, not sure whether it improves it or not although i think it does
    flash087-1.jpg

I have to say i think it was a success, whether i can adapt this to aquatic photography we will have to see :)

    thanks, Aaron

1 question, is there more or less noise when using a faster shutter speed?

    Thanks again.
