I was hoping someone who uses a disposable to refillable adapter could please help me by posting a picture of the adapter screwed onto the regulator.
When I screw my adapter onto the regulator it only turns four or five times before it tightens up and won't go any further; the adapter is screwed no more than perhaps five millimetres in. Being the high pressure side of the reg, I won't feel comfortable with that unless it's supposed to be that way. And if it's not supposed to be that way, all I can think is that the threads aren't quite the same.
