pictures of your rams and substrate

i am thinking of getting rams for my tank, got a large bogwood piece and will be hoping for low to mid level plants.

but not sure what colour substrate will work best to show of the rams colour...

so can you post some pictures of your rams to share what colours show them off the best.

In my oppinion they work best on sand so they can sort through it looking for food which is their natural wild behaviour.
