pipeing and lily's

hi guys
looking at buying these lily's:

for my tetratec ex600 do i want 10mm, 13mm? i think the inside of the piping 11.3 according to tetra's website

I think the 13mm ones, as the pipe will be 12/16mm meaning 12mm internal, and 16mm overall diameter.
