Hi all...
Well after behaving impeccably for months my son's tank is now the gift that keeps giving
Now we have planaria.
This is a 56 litre tank, currently containing one honey gourami, three amano shrimp and a nerite snail, plus a million bladder snails. I know the nerite needs to come out before treatment. I can't possibly remove all the bladder snails and I'm worried their deaths might cause an ammonia spike. I'm thinking I may need to move the honey for a while, although he didn't really enjoy living in the 40 gal community.
I have the liquid 10% fenbendazole to hand. Can I use this safely and at what dose? The powdered granules are currently out of stock. Should I wait for them to be available? Or do I splash out on 'No Planaria'?
Thanks in advance.
