Plant deficiency?

Hi I have a newly planted tank and I have noticed that some of my plants maybe showing a deficency.

This is the first one its seems like the leaves are curling or turning a funny shape. Any idea what it could be?



Second one, hopefully you can see that the edges of the leaves have turning a bit see thru.

it would help if you mentioned what your setup is.

CO2, no CO2? how much light? dosing regime, etc....

Okay it is a 125l tank that has been running one week. I have a soil base topped with sand. The lighting is 2 x 28w T5 tubes on at moment for only 6 hours a day will slowly increase with time. I am dosing using the EI method. I did have CO2 but due to a problem with the JBL regulator I do not have co2 at present. Should be back on Thursday once I have recieved the new regulator. Also my water is very hard KH 13° dKH GH 19° dGH. hope this helps
