I’m sure this is fairly simple.

But I’m looking at buying full set up, with fish plants... everything,

There are some beautiful plants in the tank including crypts, microsorum trident, Anubis’ of many varieties and a serious abundance of buces which I would like to keep for this tank, the issue is, I’m currently unable to set the tank up until after Christmas, the fish I will give away to a friend, but the plants I can’t, they are used to co2 and reasonable high light from the previous owner!

What’s my best options for plant storage? Cheap Second hand tank in the garage?! It literally can’t be in the house with renovations/Christmas going on...

    Thanks in advance

Why not just put the system in the garage and run it there interim - that way nothing much changes re light & CO2
    AND algae crew!
