Hi,
Check optimal temperature statistics at the Tropica website here: http://www.tropica.com/default.asp These are all tropical plants so most will be fine in the 28-30 C region. Echinodorus and Aponogetons are from the same waters as Discus, but the rest are all from warm zones. Probably Ferns and mosses prefer the cooler side but I've seen discus tanks with just about any of these plants in them. I shouldn't think that you will have any trouble in that department.
Just to follow up Clive's post, these plants are listed by tropica as being able to survive in temps of 30. If you could run the tank as 28 this list would increase quite a bit.
In my planted disus tank I tend too stick too the Echinodorus species most do well at the higher temps and the size difference of them makes a nice contrast, I also go for the java mosses tied too driftwood as well seems too thrive too !!!!! I inject CO2 with the discus with no probs but I half the stocking density on them as they are big fish too deal with lower oxegyn content in the water !!!
