Pogostemon Helferi - Die Back

I have Pogostemon Helferi in a 60 litre tank since July. Up until recently it has been fine, but just starting to get some die back. Feeding TPN x 1ml 7days + TPN+ for 2 days. The only change in regime is that I have recently been dosing 2ml Easy Carbo per day.

Any ideas?

I haven't heard of anyone having problems with liquid carbon and my old mate Pete Helferi, and 2ml per day shouldn't worry it anyway. Are you using pressurized co2?

Yes, using CO². Checker shows pale green and pearling is evident.
