Pogostemon helferi Propogation

Hi guys,

My P. Helferi is growing pretty tall, about 6-8cm at present. does anyone know if I cant treat it as a stem plant and chop the tops off? I do have a few runners which have appeared over the last couple of weeks so I'm unsire as to how to deal with it.

I've chopped the tops off in the past and replanted, but I've waited until there are white "roots" forming up the main stem.

It's a stem plant so it can be trimmed like any stem, I preferred to dig it up split it up and replant it though.

trimming enourages more shoots ime.
