Hello all,

Two weeks ago I re-planted a Dennerle nano cube 30. The plants where all fresh from the supplier when I picked them up at the lfs.

As you can see in the next image the Pogostemon is not looking too good.

Is it worth waiting to see if it starts to grow again or would it be a better option to remove them before they decompose further? The water is starting to look a bit greenish also, could this be due to plant rot?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

yep, cut and remove the dead bits. Not sure why it's doing this, perhaps just adapting to new environment.

Yes the dead bits are almost never helpful in our tanks. Lease update us as you go.
