Pogostemon Helferi wanabee

Found this little pot in balcony of my office. Looks like it's been there for years. What do you guys reckown this is? Looks like pogostemon Helferi but can't be since Pogostemon Helferi is an aquatic plant. At the very least it looks very similar except for the woody trunk.

Haha to be honest Google lens usually throws up some weird, inaccurate suggestions but on this occasion it seems to have made me look like a botanical expert 😀

That thing has been there for years I think. No one seems to care much about it. It's a succulent so I guess it doesn't need much watering. It probably gets what it needs from air humidity and occasional rain splashes.
