posting a photo with a frame

There are some super pics being added daily on this forum with black or white frames borders. How?

I'm using apple mac os siera platform.

Lots of apple apps that allow you to edit and add to photos.

That is a really basic tool, there are hundreds of free apps that will do that for you but your Mac should already have the software built in.
If you are not sure how to do it, just go into YouTube and type in something like... how to add a photo frame on a Mac.
