I got suckered into doing this recently. A group of friends and friends of friends are taking part in our own little project 365 (the number is growing slowly 
). The idea is that you take a photo a day every day for 365 days. I guess to record a year in your life in picture. The photos are generally random pics that remind me of what I did that day, though I'm commenting on them too.
Anyway, here is my Flickr set where I'm recording the pics. One of the guys has written a photo aggregator to capture all the daily submissions of everyone taking part
