So I post here a while ago about growing plants in tubs over the summer
I end up making a mini pond add fish and other plants but kept the guppy grass in tubs
It worked out pretty well and advice you guys have would also be amazing
One tub grew loads of algae where as the other stayed crystal clear ? It's a mixture of composte cap with sand
The mini tub pond is washed pea gravel I installed a filter and air stone not shown in the first pond picture as I add some fish and cherry shrimp as a little breeding project aswell

So at the end of the summer tubbing this is how much grew not bad for my first attempt
As you can see in the last picture the dwarf water lettuce grew like crazy with massive roots
And the guppy grass did really well
Had some limit success with the amazon swords in the pond tub

I think next time I'm just going to grow stuff in two pond tubs as they seem to work better than the tubs just with compost and sand in
