So I had been thinking about doing a reef without doing a reef tank.
And I thought upon the Idea of using lava rock and building on that using resin marine decs and Wilko Colored Fern Plants.

Got the tank sitting waiting to be done.

Powerhead will come from one of my dektop waterfeatures. Unit is smaller than a Match Box.

Lighting will be Desklamp or LED Crimbo Lights.

Inhabitants will be a Thai Red Claw Crab and something else.

Here is the Tank

Crab is not being co-operating with photos and hides behind the rocks.

I like your style Gill. Simple yet effective. It looks very much like the sea bed to me

Thanks Guys, I really like how this has turned out.
Might swap it over to reef if i can be bothered to do it. I know they have loads of Teeeny Tiny Frags in the Marine LFS. JUst need to think about it.
