A quick mod to the forum, installed a quick search feature that will display at the top of forums:

If you type anything in there, it will quickly search the titles of threads and display the latest 5 with that search criteria! Type "ADA" it will show the 5 threads!

Great if you want to quickly find something inside a specific forum without needing to go to the full on search feature!

Good addition, especially as the standard search won't work for anything under 4 letters.

What I particularly like about it is that its fast.. if you can add more results without sacrificing (much) performance, then I would say go for it.

Took it for a spin... Seems to be same or very similar performance as before. Very good! Of course the scrolling of the pane below the search result takes longer due to the longer list from the search result, which is a nice visual cue so keep that, and we are still down in the milliseconds range so no problem at all as far as I am concerned. Very, very nice feature Paulo!

If you want to expand on this you could add a "Show more results..." button that would show 10 more or something to that extent... a "show all results" might not be practical. Of course, all that is icing on the cake. The way it works now probably covers the vast majority of use-cases.
