Decided to scratch the itch.

2.5 hour complete tear down and rescape. Reused the old plants and soil. Rocks and wood out the shed.

Not perfect by any means but ok for zero forethought, rushed scape between kids going to bed and me going to bed.

Here's what it was.

Here's what it is now immediately after planting.

I picked up some S. Repens from P@H to fill in the foreground and planted up more trimmed rotala tops in the back right.

Going to leave the Repens a couple of weeks to settle in before i trim it and hopefully it'll grow nice and low. Pleased with how this is shaping up. Nothing revolutionary but feels right.

I really like it. Reminds me of some of the small tanks in the first ADA book. Are there any livestock in there?

Crikey!! An ADA comparison. I'll die happy.

No livestock, apart from pest snails! Tank is too small for fish.
