Reccomend a light

Hi folks can anybody reccomend a light for a 40cm cube high tech
Dont say boyu because I have 2 ready and one of the ballasts has gone in each one and i dont want an ugly clip on either

What's your budget Andy, I'm keeping my eye out for a tmc tile or mini tile for a 40x40x30 I want to set up, wife allowing of course LEDs do seem to be the lights of the future mate.

I'm not sure if the mini tile is enough light for the cube I was thinking along those lines but can be a bit pricey if i need to buy the controller I might just bite the bullet and have one and a controller do you know how it fits to the mounting rails. I noticed the plants not looking too good and then i noticed one of the tubes was out so i changed it and found the ballast had died so when i get a new light i'm going to rip them in bits and make a good one from the 2 broken boyus to cram in the 35l and keep the spare working ballast just in case
I'm looking at the colour plus tile and controller now

Just seen your post alastair would that be enough for the 40 deep cube too

I had dark corners in my tank with the mini tile when I stuck it in the hood of an aqua start 320 (28L). I've since discarded the hood and put a 1500ND over the tank instead, much better spread.

Id say a TMC Tile for that size but perhaps a smaller one than my 1000ND
