Regulator Needle Valve?

So I plan to have this kind of regulator, next year, Professional Aquarium CO2 Dual Stage Regulator and Solenoid Magnetic Valve. But there's a section for what needle valve to choose, standard or precision smc. Since i don't have any idea what are these things all about, can you guys at least enlighten me with the difference between the two aside by paying another 10pound if i choose the precision smc. I'm planning to buy my complete co2 system next year, as of now im searching what and which to buy.
 
The smc needle valve gives you greater precision when adjusting co2 levels and it is particularly useful with smaller tanks <100l
The choice is yours but the extra £10 is money well spent unless you have a huge tank
