Removing glue from rocks

Is there any glue that can be used to glue heavy rocks together but can be removed without leaving any marks/residue so the rocks can be reused?

Silicone sealant can be used to glue rock, and is easy to remove and clean out later. It is not as strong as superglue cushioned with foam, but superglue residue is hard to remove short of power grinding.

You can use acetone to remove superglue residue.
