replacement tubes

hello my new tank has arcadia ibar twin t5 39w. the tubes are slim .i want to get some spare lamps will any t5 lamp fit? or do need the grolux tube or slim tubesor daylight? had a look on lampspecs is the tube length 849mm? but not sure what to get. thank's jon
