Hello buddies,
I come to you today asking for your advice and knowledge.
I've setup my aquascape on July 27th. It is a 60x40x37.
I've put a base layer of soil topped with crushed lava rocks and aquasoil.
Filtration is 1500L/H
54watts Light 7 hours
Pressurized CO2 8.5 hours
3 pumps of tropica specialised nutrition per week.
The first weeks I was doing daily 50% tap water change, then every other day, and now 50% water change each week.

Almost 2 months later, my problems are as follow:
Staghorn algae
Hair algae
Rotala H'ra and Green not growing
Hygrophila pinatifida have holes in the leaves.
S.repens holes on the leaves and dying off.
What could be the problem ?
For your information, I don't have tools to measure my parameters such as amonia, gh, kh, etc. I have only a drop checker.
Below I attach pictures of my aquarium and the condition of my plants.
Thank you in advance.
Sincerely.

Who says it can’t be both🤔
I definitely see really pale tops which signify iron/iron mobility issues (Fe, Mn, Mg). But also notice problems that are also glaringly obvious. Stunting, necrosis, pin holes (probably co2)

What id do?
1.Tone the light down
2. Ensure magnesium is in excess and figure out how much your dosing is resulting in terms of weekly numbers from “rotala butterfly”s website. (I will do this later if I have the time)
3. Move the drop checker around to see if it keeps a good colour ( lime green )
4. Turn the co2 up a touch if you want.
5 trim the stunted plants and see how the sideshoots behave.

I'll do this and see in few days/weeks how the situation will evolve.
