why did it choose to snow the day the heating was broke at work :(

Depends on the work being done! Sedentary work, e.g PC work/secretarial it's 16 degrees ;) your employer is legally obliged to keep the room temp above 13 degrees if you're doing physical work.
(Spot the person doing all the risk assessments at work! :rolleyes: )

Feb 18th First day in my last job and it was -9 at 7am when I arrived at work. In a non heated workshop. Working with tons of steel. Guess how much it warmed up. lol
