Shaving a carpet?

I was just wondering if one of those waterproof manscape shavers would work as an underwater lawnmower?

It would be a quick way to get nice tidy undwater lawn. No puns intended.

I'm surprised Ada haven't come up with something similar, they love there crazy gadgets!

so any thoughts? Any reasons why it wouldn't work? Anyone tried it?

Hmm, I used to have a beard and have what looks like the exact same model. No longer have any facial fuzz so it was collecting dust in a drawer. That looks like an excellent use for it. I'll have to give it a try when my lawn has grown.

(Somehow, 'shaving a carpet' sounds.... dodgy. Innuendo bingo... Just me? OK, never mind ;-~ )

I wonder if the manufacturer's of that beard shaver above, had any idea, even an inkling that someday their product would be used to trim aquatic plants
