Solenoid not opening.

Hi all. I just switched around needle valves on my cylinder. Now the solenoid won't open. The cylinder gauge shows that there is pressure in the regulator at the moment. It it safe to unscrew the reg in this state?

So long as the cylinder valve is closed it should be fine, just do it very slowly to let the gas escape gradually.
