Some Plants Dying

So I just went through the process of rescaping my 90Gal tank--from the ground up. I added 2x54 T5HO lights next to my Hagen LED, an additional API XP3 Large, and I added Fluorite sand and gravel substrate. I replaced some of my old plants and change my layout quite a bit, but a few of my plants are showing fading (Red Tiger Lotus), and yellowing and holes (Amazon Sword). I have my CO2 kick on at 630AM-off at 8, LED on at 8-off at 8, and the 2x54 on at 10 and off at 6. I dose twice a week with flourish and every other day with flourish excel.

Any ideas as to what is going on? I also have Flourish Potassium and Iron on the way, but I'm not sure that is the solution. You can see the Amazon Sword in the front left, and the Red Tiger Lotus in the middle of the lava rock.

Sounds like you have increased the lighting a bit to fast/much. I don't know wether flourish contains all the macro's (N,P ) so you could be short on those. I would start to lower light hours to max 6 and add excell every day. Iff all works well gradually increase lighting.
