So after a 4 year break I just had to get back into the best hobby in the world. So having found a small space I’ve opted for a small 16ltr Oliver Knott Flexi Mini Nano.

The glass tank is super quality and crystal clear and the LED light is stunning.

Attached are some images from the last 3 days.

Plants:
Hygrophila Pinnatifida
Hemianthus Callitrichoides Cuba
Eleocharis Acicularis Mini
Eleocharis Montevidensis

Rock: SEIRYU stone

CO2 temporary arrangement of ‘Aquagrow’ canister until funds allow for a solenoid set-up.

Thanks Dean, so I’ve just added Amano shrimp to clear up bits and start on first signs of algae.
Plan is to have a few Clown Killifish once every thing takes off. I’ll take some progress shots as we go along. When are you starting your Nano?

Day 4: Amano clean up crew added. Love these guys!

That sounds great, i am pretty much all set just seed some more hardscape and soil then some time off work. I am away end of month so think will set up begging of november once back.

Still unsure on layout but going with rocks and wood in a triangle shape but not sure if all soil or sand at front and going to plant heavy as i can and daily water changes. Still have a few questions i want answered but as in my living room i need it to work haha. Thanks for the pichures and keep them coming looks great, be even better once fish in.

Thanks dean
