Stem ID please?

Hi all,

Ordered this as Ludwigia inclinata var. verticillata, but looks nothing like I'd hoped. Is it just because it's been grown low tech or is it the wrong plant (L. glandulosa maybe?)? I'm rubbish at stems!

I am sure you were sold the wrong plant. This is most probably low-tech glandulosa as you suspected or plain old repens.

Is this emerse or submerse growth - Aquasabi has a nice photo series including both types of growth.

This is low tech submerged growth. I'll try our suppliers again and see if they send the right plant this time!
