Strange Rock

I found this when I was out for a walk the other day, it’s got some strange patterns in it. It’s about 50mm across.

it's been eroded by water.......Great find!
Definitely water washed.

I wonder if it might have been originally tarmac and concrete?

It looks to be too coarse grained to be basalt with intruded quartz or feldspar (like the "Hornblendite" below) and also it would be a long way from home in Dorset, if it was basalt.
