I bought a clump of Buce and I stuck them onto a rock (there are definitelly some Buces in the clump), but after a few months, some of rhizomes started sprouting Fern-like leaves. I'm not that familiar with Ferns so I'm wondering what sort of Ferns these are?

Seeing the distinct hammered texture it could be the Java fern Philippine variety. :)

thanks as well... I was wondering about the hammered pattern.... it was a clump of 'wild' Buce from Indonesia rather than a farmed version so I was hoping it would be something more interesting :)

As from the link above this is the region M. P. philippine finds in nature are reported.

:) Good chance it is indeed the philippine.
