Suggestions needed.

Hi.

I have a tank free that is 60 x 40cm with a water level about 25cm deep.

What low tech plants would you suggest for it, would prefer a little bit of emergent growth etc, flow is quite high as am using an internal fluval u4 sideways.

<"Hygrophila corymbosa and Heterantera zosterifolia">? or @Kezzab 's flowering Rotala rotundifolia?
