It depends on your wallet really. Both will work fine. What substrate are you thinking of adding either of these too?

im going to be adding them to a six month old eco complete substrate from tetra capped with fine gravel up to 2 inch thick in areas,

I've only used Tropica capsule before. They work fine I've not used the ADA multi-bottom so can't really comment. I'm sure they'll work fine too, but not sure on how they both compare in terms of price.

I think i will go for Tropica Plant Nutrition+ Capsules if i can get them at a good price, Only because im doseing with there ferts and like it, so the tabs must be good.

Where to get them at a good price? Amount.

They capsules are a bit squishy (see notes on TGM link for why) and a little difficult to get out of the packets, but they're usable.
