The start of something new

Hi everyone as i've said in the new members intro,i have had past experience with planted tanks to some degree,with some success,any way i've been off the scene for some years now,and thought i'd give it another go now i've gained
some more upto date knowledge and info off this very informative forum.

anyway to start with is some of the equipment ive amassed over the last 12months or so.
theres no pics yet but they will come soon.

Tank is a 90x45x45 opti-white only the front and 2 sides are optiwhite.[just to save a few quid]
and it will have a frosting on the back probably.
The stand is an ada home made look a like.when the pics are up i'll run through how its made..i
do have a dabble at all sorts of diy...

So heres my list of equipment up to now.i still need a luminaire but thats in the pipeline..

84 litres akadama substrate [just in case]
osmocote slow release fertiliser,john innes no3 compost [ im not going down the expensive route]
4x eheim 2217 external filters and tap kits [just in case]
1x hydor eth 300 inline heater
2x inline co2 reactors
10 litres of siporax filter media
2 way co2 splitter with twin bubble counters
co2 drop checker
1kg of each macro/micro dry ferts
co2 regulator
co2 solenoid
5kg co2 bottle
bubble counters[again just incase]
sponge filter media for 5 filters
3xdigital plug in timers [up to now]

probably an overkill but,if its cheap i buy it....compulsion

any thoughts/ideas on what else i might have forgotten to buy.lol

Just forgot to buy 3 luminaires haha and 2 more tanks
You have enough equipment for several setups or one huge.

but seriously, that sounds like a very good haul of gear! Where did you get the tank from? Always interested to hear about tank suppliers and if they're any good! Cheers, Matt

got the tank made by Jez at poseidons palace.

Ah! could you post some pics esp. of silicon work? His tanks are really cheap and i like that you can have them built to your specs (like yours) to cut costs.
