Hi all

I’m currently doing four pumps daily of the tropica premium nutrition liquid .
On my aqua aquascaper 900 which works out to be around 186ltrs.
I have today started using tropica specialised nutrition.
what would be the best daily amount of pumps from both would be ideal for my aquarium and plants ?
All help would be much appreciated

Why are you using both?

Specialised is a complete fertiliser. If you are using it, then you don't need to use premium as well.

At the risk of over simplifying, follow the instructions on the bottle.

The issues you are having with our tank seem fairly run of the mill new tank problems. Just sit tight, and look for signs of growth.

Hi, how heavily planted is your tank, are you injecting co2, are you using a soil substrate and what is your lighting intensity like?
I would say the Tropica bottle dosage is lean and designed for an everyday plant keeper, perhaps not a heavily planted Aquascape. For example I dose 12ml per day in my little 100litre Aquascaper 600. Triple dosing in high tech injected tanks is common.
Cheerio
Ady.
