Tropica Premium Fertiliser

I recently bought 2 300ml of this fert recently as it was on offer, Only then to discover it contains no nitrogen (n) or phosphorus (p) Doooh

I do have some dry salts, Can i simply add kn03 and po4 in a separate mix to replace the n and p ?
