I received a glass lily pipe which unfortunatelly was broken. I used several channels to communicate with CO2art and the chat line solved the problem in less that 10 seconds.

I will definitelly purchase again as the problem was not their fault, but the courier instead.

Unfortunately the post does not handle the parcels as they should sometimes no matter how many FRAGILE stickers you put on the parcel.
