What all in one fert to use?

I have a 9 gallon fluval flex set up with uns controsoil and Carib sea sand. It’s been set up for a lil over 2 months. I planted pretty heavy in the beginning with Narrow leaf Ludwigia, Ludwigia inclinata, which melted off and died after a month, crypt parva, anubius nana petite, and a java fern plant from my other tank. A lot of the leaves have died off from the narrow leaf but seem to be doing better now. I started dosing Nilocg thrive about 1.5 ml once or twice a week a day after a water change. I don’t dose co2 and probably won’t. I started to get this light green algae on the sand mostly but also the seiryu stone a lil bit. I would like to dose but maybe the ferts I’m using are to much nutrients for my low tech tank? I use the regular nilocg thrive which has 2.56% nitrogen. Which of the three versions of nilocg thrive all in one would be best to use to keep algae low and still enough food for the plants? I have a betta, amano shrimp and 2 horned nerite snails which have been helping with the brown diatoms I’ve had lately. I had a lot on the sand and rocks lately which I never had before. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
