What am I doing wrong ?

Good afternoon

I just started to get cloudy water , and a type of algae on my wood, java moss, xmas moss and also spot algae ( I think ) on the front and rear of my glass.

Specs
Tank- 30" x 15 " x 12 " (around 95 - 100 liters)
Substrate - JBL AquaBasis Plus (1-3 cm) caped with normal gravel
Filter - Tetra Tec 1200
Powerhead - Seio M620 (2400 LPH)
Co2 - Pressurized canister , with a Mini Elite diffusing it with the Seio
Lighting - A single T8 25W ( I have also got 2 x T5H0 39W which has been taken of some time ago)
Ferts - Macro 20ml - Micro 20ml

Bought from Aquarium Plant Food UK.


Using this - Standard Ei Dosing
Macro Solution
Mix:
3tsp Potassium Nitrate
1tsp Potassium Phosphate
6tsp Magnesium Sulphate
500ml water

Micro Solution
Mix:
1tsp Chelated Trace Elements
500ml Water
Dosing

Macro 3x a week. (10ml per 50ltr of Aquarium water)
Micro 3x a week. (10ml per 50ltr of Aquarium water)
50% weekly water change.

Can any body see my problem ?

Hi chris, how longs the tank been up and running?
also spot algae i think can be down to low phosphates

The tanks been running about 1- 2 years.
The only thing i can think of is that the, aquabasis, is getting close to the top of the gravel .
But hasent yet come though.

if its the aquabasis, it would be a slight brown tinge to the cloudiness. or it has been with me.
it wont be down to the ferts as i use apf salts too and dont get that.

Is it possible that you run out of CO2 without noticing?

Nope , definitely have co2 going. One hour before lights come on and an hour after they go off
