Hi,

Im getting an 80L (62x36x36) tank and was wondering what filter to take. Im gonna use co2 and external heating (Hydor eth 200) aswell but not sure about getting a reactor or a pollen glass diffusor. The reactor takes down alot of the output of the filter i've read already, but what filter is good to get enough output in the lilypipe to reach the end of the tank. Or if i prefer to take a glass diffusor, what should i take then. Preferrably JBL or Eheim brand. thx in advance.

Pretty much any external filter will be fine for an 80L, as long as it's a decent brand. Most externals support minimum of 100L. Get what you can afford but don't go cheap.

Look for a filter with at least an 800 liter per hour output

The higher the output the better. Usually you can turn down the flow (if needed) on these good canisters but you can't turn it up!
