What is the difference between salt and freshwater Co2 kit?

Perhaps stupid question, but I noticed that D-D CO2 kit for salt water costs £109.95 and D-D CO2 kit for freshwater for £128.95 respectively. From description they are absolutely the same, except for Salt water version having a high pressure gauge (which is a good thing). My question is can I use a CO2 kit designed for saltwater in freshwater aquariums and save myself 19 quid?
