It surely looks like fish poop.

I think it might be fish poop. I recently treated the tank with fenbendazol and it's a chalky white color. Maybe this is what my Ottos are producing now.

I was going to say it looks like my pleco's poop after a cucumber feast

Ah that's true - thinking about this - my Ottos produce this after a cumber feast as well.
