Which of these 2 cameras

Over the past few days I have driven myself nuts looking for a "new" camera.

Confused myself over whether I want to spend a couple of hundred on a second hand nikon d40/d60 but I don't want to be wishing I had sucha such lens or buy a new upgrade using the repair/warranty offered by fuji film.

The two I'm thinking about are

FinePix S200EXR or FinePix HS10(refurb)


Any help on the two appreciated
