Why is my lavender plant wilting?

Hey everyone,
I bought a few flower seeds to plant out of my excitement of growing them at home. I firstly planned on planting lavender seeds because I love lavenders. But I don't know why my plants have wilted.
Is there something that I have missed while planting?

I had some young plants and l lost them through overwatering . They need some moisture obviously but don't very wet roots
